The SeDiHUB training material will be specially designed to address through its structure and content the identified needs and studying styles of micro and family enterprises to develop sustainable business and environmentally friendly services, related to their personas and fields of activities. The training material will be based on the principles of distance learning, online learning and service design theories. It will be structured into notes, videos, case studies, simulation scenarios, good practices and a depository. The training material will cover the following themes: economics and business ethics related to climate change, sustainability, sustainable business models, service design theory and principles, service design methods (personas, customer journey maps, service blueprints, storyboards, scenarios, stakeholder mapping), and digital transformation.
